As executive chef of “Under the Tuscan Moon” since 2004, I am thrilled to be back home in Australia to share with you the many years of Italian culinary experiences that I have gathered.

My passion for food and wine along with my desire to prepare delicious authentic Tuscan dishes that are simple and creative has given rise to establishing “Under the Tuscan Moon – Personal Chef”. Having studied in the kitchens and schools of Milan and the Apicius Culinary School in Florence, Italy, I can transform your dinner party to a gastronomic delight that your guests will love and you will enjoy.
