Where are Under The Tuscan Moon services available?We conduct Cooking Classes, host Dinner Parties, and do Gourmet Deliveries on the Gold Coast & in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Please contact us to query other surrounding areas.

What is the minimum and maximum number of guest that you can cater for?We can cater from 2 to 12 people.

What value are the Gift Vouchers?Under The Tuscan Moon Gift Vouchers are flexible and can be made out to a dollar value. They can then be redeemed for Dinner Party catering, Personal Chef or Gourmet Delivery services.

What is the price per person for a 5 course meal?This depends on the number of guests and the chosen menu. Please contact us for a personal quote.

Can guests order different combinations of dishes?All Dinner Party and Cooking Classes must choose the same menu. If any special dietary or allergy/intolerance is requests, all efforts will be made to accommodate.
Menu selections must be provided at least 7 working days prior to the date or the event.[ back to top ]

What do I need to do as a host in preparation?All we ask is that you set the table and let us know if you are planning any theme for the night.

How does payment of the dinner party work?To confirm and reserve the date of your dinner party or cooking class, a deposit of 30% of the total quote is required.
Final Payment must be made 7 days prior to the event so the best possible ingredients can be bought and pay for any additional event services.[ back to top ]

In case of any cancellations, how can I get a refund?The initial deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the event.
Cancellation of booking 28 days prior to the event 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation of booking 14 days prior to the event 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation of booking 07 days prior to the event 75% cancellation fee.
Cancellation of booking within 07 days of the event 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees are based on the total estimated cost of the event.[ back to top ]

What services apart from cooking does Under the Tuscan Moon supply on the night?You will get treated like you would in a Restaurant with serving of food. The kitchen will also be clean (to the standard we find it in) following the meal and do the dishes. If you do not have a dishwasher an additional cleaning fee will apply.
