Benvenuto, Welcome! As executive chef of Under The Tuscan Moon since 2004, I am thrilled to be back home in Australia to share with you the many years of running a Cooking School in Tuscany, Italy and experiencing culinary & traditional ways of cooking.
My passion for food and wine along with my desire to prepare delicious authentic Tuscan dishes that are simple and creative has inspired me to create Under The Tuscan Moon's Personal Chef and Catering services.
Having studied in the kitchens and schools of Milan and the Apicius Culinary School in Florence, Italy, I've learnt the art of transforming your Italian dinner party to a gastronomic event that your guests won't forget!
